Adorned7: Yes, that would be me in the tree. I still climb them but I don't get up and down as fast as I used too. And...I double check my footing now! I am soon to be 45. I still feel like a kid at heart though. I don't think I will ever outgrow that. We are a blended family and have 5 children altogether. Three of them are teens and two are in their early twenties. I love to kayak (don't do much of it where I live now) but most of all I enjoy spending time with the Lord...praying, worshipping, studying and learning how to be a light in a dark world. My greatest goal is to be more like Jesus...a tall order yes and I will be walking that out the rest of my life. I grew up on an island surrounded by the Mississippi. I was quite the tom boy. I loved to fish, hunt but mostly I loved the river and being on it.
